amazing stay, totally recommend!
polite staff amazing breakfast great location
I loved the helpful staff. They were really polite. breakfast was amazing with food cooked to order. the location is fab for the pleasure beach, the south pier and the sandcastle (i love that!).
The room felt a bit too warm. I would have liked a fan.

the position is ideal to enjoy many attractions the area has to offer. the sea front and pleasure beach are very close by. also, there is a tram stop just at the end of the road.

helpful staff quiet bar amazing breakfast
the staff were helpful and respectful. the hotel offers a lovely little bar. i enjoyed a quiet drink there after a busy day. the breakfast was amazing, with great options.
the carpet in my room had many stains, and the smell from the en-suite was not pleasant.

polite staff really good breakfast perfect location
The staff showed so much politeness and acted very professionally. Breakfasts were cooked exactly to order. The hotel offered a perfect spot near the Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle, and South Pier.
The Wi-Fi signal could be stronger in certain areas.

helpful staff delicious breakfast fantastic location
The super nice team ! breakfast was delicious with many options. i loved that parking was arranged for us behind the hotel at a good price. It made everything so convenient. the location is fantastic, a super short walk to the south pier! i'll be back!
The stairs were pretty steep which was a bit tough with luggage. An elevator would be a huge plus!

helpful staff lovely bar kids area front garden
the staff was very helpful and informative. everything was explained to me (which i appreciated), and they helped me when i forgot my purse. the building is lovely, with a well-presented bar and kids area. i noted a pool table room for adults. the front garden is also nice, with tables.
the room was a bit small. the carpets were not fitted properly.
