The staff were amazing! they couldn't do enough for us. breakfast was fantastic. It was cooked to order. the location was perfect for the pleasure beach and south pier.
the carpet had a lot of stains. there was also a bad smell from the en-suite. the room was small and grubby.

the staff were helpful and respectful. the hotel offers a lovely little bar. i enjoyed a quiet drink there after a busy day. the breakfast was amazing, with great options.
the carpet in my room had many stains, and the smell from the en-suite was not pleasant.

The staff showed so much politeness and acted very professionally. Breakfasts were cooked exactly to order. The hotel offered a perfect spot near the Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle, and South Pier.
The Wi-Fi signal could be stronger in certain areas.

The super nice team ! breakfast was delicious with many options. i loved that parking was arranged for us behind the hotel at a good price. It made everything so convenient. the location is fantastic, a super short walk to the south pier! i'll be back!
The stairs were pretty steep which was a bit tough with luggage.

the staff was very helpful and informative. everything was explained to me (which i appreciated), and they helped me when i forgot my purse. the building is lovely, with a well-presented bar and kids area. i noted a pool table room for adults. the front garden is also nice, with tables.
the room was a bit small. the carpets were not fitted properly.
